{Breakfast} Soaked Baked Oatmeal (we all loved this recipe so we are doing away with Breakfast Porridge for a little while & replacing it with a big pan of SBO that will last all week!), Soaked Granola (recipe coming soon) with Raw Milk or Homemade Yogurt (tutorial coming soon), & Soaked Muffins

{A.M. Snacks} PB Smoothies (a great way to use up my homemade peanut butter flops) & Cultured Milk Smoothies*

{Lunches} PB & Raw Honey on Sprouted Bread, Carrot Sticks & Creme Fraiche* (I add the ranch dressing herbs from this recipe to make “Ranch Dip”), Apples & PB, Salmon Salad (with homemade Mayo*) on Soaked Crackers

{P.M. Snacks} Popcorn* & Trail Mix*

{Sunday Dinner} Taco Salad with Grass-fed Ground Beef & Creme Fraiche

{Monday Dinner} Mexican Rice Casserole*, (Un)Refried Beans, & Corn Tortilla Chips

{Tuesday Dinner} Chicken Curry with Soaked Brown Rice*, Pita Bread, & Homemade Hummus*

{Wednesday Dinner} Leftovers

{Thursday Dinner} Variety Salad* & Soaked Buttermilk Biscuits*

{Friday Dinner} Grass-fed Beef Hotdogs on Sprouted Buns, Crockpot Corn on the Cob, & High Enzyme Salad*

{Saturday Dinner} Dinner with some of hubby’s work people. 🙂
