{A.M. Snacks} PB Smoothies & Cultured Milk Smoothies*

{Lunches} PB & Raw Honey on Sprouted Bread, Carrot Sticks & Creme Fraiche* (I add the ranch dressing herbs from this recipe to make “Ranch Dip”), Apples & PB, Salmon Salad (with homemade Mayo*) on Soaked Crackers

{P.M. Snacks} Popcorn* & Trail Mix*

Dinner…

{Sunday} Taco Salad with Grass-fed Ground Beef, Basic Beans*, & Creme Fraiche*

{Monday} BBQ with family…& my amazing (if I do say so myself!) Apple Cheddar Pizza dessert (I will write up a tutorial next time I make it)

{Tuesday} Egg Burritos with leftovers from yesterday (tortillas, cheese, avocado, etc.) & my first batch of Lacto-Fermented Salsa* (yay!)

{Wednesday} Leftovers

{Thursday} Mexican Rice Casserole*, (Un)Refried Beans, Corn Tortilla Chips, & LF Salsa

{Friday} Eggplant Parmesan with Variety Salad*

{Saturday} Grilled Salmon with Soaked Brown Rice* & Grilled Asparagus

Kitchen Tasks…

{Sunday} Soak Yogurt Dough* for Apple Cheddar Pizza

{Monday} Enjoy a day off. 🙂

{Tuesday} Clean out refrigerator & use up leftovers

{Wednesday} Make Homemade Yogurt, Defrost Mexican Rice Casserole, Soak Beans

{Thursday} Make UnRefried Beans, Make Tortilla Chips

{Friday} Shop @ Farmer’s Market

{Saturday} Defrost Beef, Make Creme Fraiche, Soak Corn (am)  & Cornbread batter (pm)
