{P.M. Snacks} Popcorn* & Trail Mix*


{Sunday} Grass-Fed Beef Chili, topped with Creme Fraiche*, & Cornbread on the side

{Monday} Leftovers

{Tuesday} CA Chicken Wraps & Fresh Fruit with Yogurt Dip

{Wednesday} Variety Salad* & Buttermilk Biscuits

{Thursday} Sloppy Lentils on Sprouted Buns, & Sautéed Vegetables

{Friday} Grass Fed Beef Hotdogs on Sprouted Buns, High Enzyme Salad*, &  Crockpot Corn on the Cob

{Saturday} Pizza topped with Bell Peppers & Olives

{Tuesday} Make Peanut Butter & Peanut Butter Cookies, Defrost Biscuits

{Thursday} Sprout Sunflower Seeds, Defrost Buns & Hot Dogs

{Friday} Defrost Pizza Dough, Sauce, & Cheese
